This week: 13th - 19thMr Koh asked us to help out at Singapore Poly for some beginners' competition. It was held from tuesday to friday. Initially, i thought it would be mundane task, refereeing & watching beginners play. However it was still better than staying home, so i agreed to help out :]
TUESDAY -
I woke up early in the morning, went to kap to meet my juniors: Belicia & Jasmine, Ruth and my darhling RACHEL KHOO! Girl, it's been some time since we last hung out! Although i only met up with Rachel for abt half an hour, i really cherished it :D we had lots of fun laughing and i BURPED a fair bit to make rachel DISGUSTED :p hahaha. After breakfast, Belicia and Jasmine went to SP first, Rachel went to meet her church friend, Ruth and I headed to kallang as Ruth had a match against CHELSIA (: haha. Ruth's father is quite scary. He seemed like the serious type, so i dare not joke around. "Must behave more lady-like" hahaha. Ruth and Chels played a good game i must say. Ruth got the first set but Chels caught up and eventually won the whole game. Chels's drops shots ARE really good and accurate. B-E-A-UIFUL i must say *claps* I think i need to work on that too! hahaha. If i were to play against chels, i'd lose too. SIGH ):
OHOH!!! Before ruth's game, chels, ruth and i watched bryankoh's match against this sri la kian, both of them played really well! wow!!! It was very exciting and if i can ever play like them, like what i always say, I DONT HAVE TO STUDY ANYMORE! haha However, bryan is injured so he couldnt play his best and lost but at least he lost 2-3! HE FOUGHT HARD !!! yay :D Ruth's coach said he'd help me check if there's extra tee so i can purchase :p hahaha. it's really nice alright! hahaha WHY DIDNT I SIGN UP! argh! ohwell, I MISS JILLIAN TRUCKLOADS! thats was random but i havent seen her for 3 weeks, oh man ): After that, ruth's daddy sent me to SP and ruth went home for tuition ):
I was lost for about 10 mins, then i heard my crazy JASMINE shouting for me name :D haha and i found my way to the squash courts :p SP have 6 squash courts and there were lotsa older people but there were small ones too x) like KOJIRO and YUKIRO. Is it YUKI? lol i cant remember what is Mr Tan's daughter's name but I LOVELOVE KOJI :D:D:D:D he's so cute, no, HANDSOME should be the word. He plays well, very well! Better than many JCians and even some of our *AHEM* juniors. HAHA! ohwell, it was american scoring, at first i was not very sure abt it so i got mel to help me out. Then, mel and nic ng left so i had to depend on myself. Something BAD HAD to happen just on the first game i refereed alone. HEH. I didnt know american scoring didnt have set1&2 and i asked the guy if he wanted set 1 or 2. Then everyone turned to look at me, i was wondering why? "was i wrong?" or " was i pretty x)?" haha. Then some guy came over to me during the break to tell me my mistake :D:D:D opps. hahaha EVERYONE MAKES MISTAKES !!! ohwell. then i went to play games with some jc guys. HAHA! they were lousy, couldnt even return my serves :p haha kidding. Honestly, in this four days, the guys & girls improve a lot. I dont know much about my juniors or the girls, but the guys seriously have made GREAT improvements. Some of them beat me on the 3rd/4th day. However, it was quite fun playing with them. haha.Adele, Yiling, Zhijing, Melissa, Nicole,juniors and i went only. SIGH! RUTH AND SULIN??? ): I stayed on until 5, zhijing and adele stayed back until 5 plus i think. Went home with yiling and her bro. yeps (: i'll blog about wed, thurs, fri and sat another day!
